- Spinach Salad baby spinach, roasted sunflower seeds, sauteed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, celery, avocado and feta cheese.
- Living Butter Lettuce Maytag blue cheese, sundried cranberries and sunflower seeds
- Apple and Cabbage with peanuts, cilantro, carrots, and soy apple vinagrette.
- Grilled Tofu Vietnamese Hero With asian slaw on baguette.
