ExploreBooksellers.com is designed to offer you access to our unique bookstore and literary environment no matter where in the world you happen to be, as well as make it easy for you to check out the menu at Explore Bistro when you are in the area and looking for a great place to eat. We provide these services to you subject to the following conditions. In visiting or shopping at ExploreBooksellers.com, you accept these conditions.

Electronic communications

When you visit ExploreBooksellers.com or send emails to us you agree that those communications, as well as all agreements, notices, disclosures and other consequent electronic communications we provide to you, satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Placement of an order

Clicking the submit button on the online order form automatically begins the order fulfillment process. Accordingly, online orders are registered as a completed sale at the time you submit the online order form. If you request that Explore contact you with price information prior to completing an order you submit online, you will have the option of canceling the order at that time.

General Returns Policy

Books, CDs and other products purchased from Explore Booksellers may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. The item must be in new, unopened condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. To initiate a return, phone or email Explore Booksellers (970-925-5336; 800-562-7323 or explore@ExploreBooksellers.com). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Problem with an Order?

One of the hallmarks of Explore Booksellers and Bistro is a higher standard of personal customer service, whether you’re in our store or ordering online. So if something is not right with your order, you’ll find us ready to do everything possible to make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective item. Occasionally, a book will arrive from the publisher with a defective binding or improperly trimmed pages. We usually catch those manufacturing problems before putting the book on our retail shelves or sending it to a customer. But if you ever receive a book with a manufacturing defect from Explore, we will happily replace it or provide a full refund. We are careful, however, to never send books that are torn or soiled. If you receive a torn or soiled book, the damaged occurred in transit in which case we must adhere to claim process and timeframes of the parcel post carrier.

If you receive the wrong item. Please initiate a return and full refund/replacement by calling or emailing us (970-925-5336/800-562-7323 or explore@ExploreBooksellers.com). We will provide for return shipping.

If you are missing an item. If your order is missing an item, please notify us immediately. We will confirm that the item was not included in your order and send it out to you without additional shipping charges.

If your order is past due. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please call us and we will trace it for you, providing a delivery update.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Explore Booksellers and Bistro or its web site content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Risk of loss

All items purchased through ExploreBooksellers.com or purchased via phone, fax, email or in-person for shipment from Explore Booksellers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product descriptions

Explore Booksellers and Bistro attempts to provide informative book, CD and product descriptions on this site but does not warrant them as accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Pricing

Explore Booksellers cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. As part of our Online Personal Order Service we will confirm the price via email or phone, prior to completing the order if check the box on the order form requesting us to do so.

Disclaimer of warranties/limitations of liability

Explore Booksellers and Bistro makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied and as such disclaims to the full extent permissible by law any liabilities associated with the content or operation of this site or email sent from Explore Booksellers and Bistro (including damages related to software viruses, content or application of information). This disclaimer includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. (Certain states may not allow limitations of implied warranties or the limitation of some types of damages. If this transaction involves one of those states, the above disclaimer may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.)

Applicable law

By visiting ExploreBooksellers.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Explore Booksellers and Bistro.

Policy modification and severability

Explore Booksellers and Bistro reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
